Jiffy Lube Premium Velocity Auto is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on leadership role rewards coaching, problem-solving, and building a winning store culture.

As AGM, you will open/close the store, oversee cash handling, manage inventory, recruit and schedule team members, and ensure safety standards. You will model J Team Service Standards while guiding lube service delivery and guest

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

What You'll Do (Your Impact Matters!)

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of store operations -- supporting your General Manager, boosting performance, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services
• Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away

Requirements (What You Bring)

• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.)
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
• Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Comfortable working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
