Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations and drive sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will coach a team, manage daily functions, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and hands-on involvement in service delivery, inventory, and staff development to build a high-performing store culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Clear communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb.
• Comfortable working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
