Jiffy Lube Premium Velocity Auto in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring for an Assistant General Manager to drive daily store operations, sales results, and guest satisfaction. You’ll coach a team, manage performance, and model J Team Service Standards while delivering lube services.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Equality of opportunity and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Clear communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
