Job summary

Shake Shack in Woodbury, MN seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and ensure top-tier hospitality.

You will manage inventory, safety, payroll, scheduling, and drive sales while optimizing profitability. The role demands strong leadership, P&L oversight, and a commitment to excellent guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant GM experience.
• Operations knowledge: personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership with coaching focus and excellence.
• Knowledge of financial aspects of business operations.
• 3+ years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations

• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
