Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Ohio to lead daily operations with a focus on hospitality andguest satisfaction. You will drive performance by coaching staff, overseeing inventory, quality, and safety standards, and managing a budget to meet financial goals.

You’ll supervise payroll, scheduling, and local brand outreach while developing people and ensuring compliance with health codes. Minimum 3 years’ GM experience required, with strong leadership and P&L skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of GM experience in high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, personnel management, food planning, sanitation, and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Strong hospitality focus and leadership to motivate teams.
• Solid financial acumen and profitable performance focus.
• 3+ years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
