Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, ensuring top performance in partnership with the General Manager.

You will drive guest engagement and guest-related metrics, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems.
• Ability to manage and develop team members and lead training initiatives.
