Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Irving, TX to lead shift supervisors and front-of-house staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will partner with the General Manager to optimize guest experiences and drive key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and alcohol service safety.
• Ability to lead, direct and train a team.

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to drive legendary experiences.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
