Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Overland Park, KS. You will lead Shift Managers and front-of-house teams, while partnering with the General Manager to keep the restaurant operating at its best and drive guest engagement.

You should bring restaurant management experience and a solid understanding of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service. A passion for training and developing your team is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement.
