Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you will drive performance at the restaurant and elevate guest experiences.

You will focus on guest-related metrics, guest engagement, and training for staff to ensure top service standards and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train develop your team.

YOU GOT THIS
