Responsibilities

• Lead important internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Effectively delegate tasks, report results, and support the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People, and Service areas
• Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
• Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff are trained and key service areas are organized
• Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations

Qualifications
