The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in bringing our vision to life, ensuring top-notch guest experiences at our centers. This active role involves coordinating staff, problem-solving on the go, and taking charge when the General Manager is absent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Center Revenue Management: Assist in developing and monitoring financial plans/budgets to meet financial goals, including boosting food & beverage sales. Work with the General Manager to control labor costs and other expenses.
- Operational Leadership: Partner with the General Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, planning, organizing, and effective team communication.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and support staff. Provide coaching for leadership development, and address HR or loss prevention issues.
- Performance Review: Oversee multiple departments, conduct regular management meetings, and review financial performance with the General Manager to adjust action plans as needed.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest service goals are met, resolve complaints, and guarantee complete guest satisfaction.
- Food & Beverage Sales: Manage and expand the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction. Provide training and supervision to maintain consistent execution of corporate initiatives.
- Flexibility: Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
Desired Skills:
- 4+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Social Media Management / Content Creation (A Huge Positive point)
