We are seeking a full-time DUAL UNIT Assistant General Manager to oversee two locations, supporting the General Manager in managing daily operations, staff, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations in both units
• Maximize sales and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain restaurant standards and operational procedures
• Manage inventory, staffing, and training
• Ensure cleanliness and food quality

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SERV Safe Certification
• Ability to analyze operational data
• Open availability and flexibility
