Job summary

TruFit Athletic Clubs is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and support club operations. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is required.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through referrals, networking, demonstrations, and outreach.
• Maintain and manage systems for tracking and nurturing prospective leads.
• Promote and sell ancillary services, including personal training and supplements.
• Develop the sales team’s skills and effectiveness through training and coaching.
• Support the General Manager in ensuring team adherence to policies and procedures.
• Motivate and track sales staff performance to meet targets using company systems.
• Achieve or exceed individual and club sales goals consistently.
• Assist with club operations and management tasks as directed by leadership.

Key Responsibilities
