Job summary

Bar Louie in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to ensure the successful operation of our restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all front-of-house activities, maintain exceptional guest experiences, uphold service standards, and drive profitability.

The role emphasizes people leadership, training, and coordination with team members, with opportunities for growth within Bar Louie.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• A High School Diploma is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Formal culinary training is preferred.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
