Responsibilities

• Increase sales by providing outstanding product and service.
• Lead Lunch, Dinner and Weekend shifts.
• Assist in providing Team Members and Shift Managers with training.
• Purchase food, beverages and supplies as needed and oversee their preparation to ensure high-quality products.
• Execute Arby’s Systems daily to maintain a clean, organized restaurant delivering Quality Food, Fast & Friendly.
• Operate per established performance, profits and operating standards as set out in internal handbooks.
• Complete AMTP in a timely manner.
• Supervise & motivate Team Members and Shift Managers to perform at their best.
• Maintain working knowledge of equipment and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Maintain high service standards throughout the day by leading by example.
• Use management tools to keep neat, current records for planning increased sales and profits.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed on time to build repeat customer visits.
• Communicate openly with subordinates and superiors about plans, progress and problems.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and commitment toward Company Objectives.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
• Responsible for increasing sales and making a profit.
• Maintain flexibility to exceed the parameters of this position.

Operate in accordance with established performance, profits and operating standards as set out in the OSM & Bentley-Miller Handbook.7. Complete AMTP in a timely manner.8. Supervise & Motivate Team Members and Shift Managers to perform to their highest possible level of ability.9. Have a good working knowledge of all equipment, and assume responsibility for preventative maintenance of a restaurant.10. Maintain high standards of service throughout the operational day by demonstrating management by example.11.
