Rusty Hooks Dockside Grill in Southport, NC is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and guest experiences.

You will coach front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage scheduling and labor costs, ensure health and safety standards, and build a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests and staff.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience required.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and industry best practices.
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
