Legacy Hospitality—Seattle Belltown is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily hotel operations and partner with department leaders to uphold service standards.

You will drive guest satisfaction, lead recruiting and development, and assist with budgeting and forecasting to optimize profitability. A strong leader with hospitality expertise will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of developing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and labor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations in partnership with General Manager.
• Lead department leaders to ensure service quality and standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and leaders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense control; analyze performance.
