Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, mentor crew members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will help manage opening/closing procedures, support the General Manager with ordering and scheduling, and drive profitability while upholding food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Recent restaurant or food service experience required.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Sense of urgency, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
