Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, supervise crew, and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will uphold food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards while coaching team members and supporting opening/closing duties.

Candidates with prior restaurant leadership and ServSafe certification are encouraged; competitive pay, a tip program, and growth opportunities are available in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Recent restaurant or food service experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred (additional compensation for certified managers).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
