Job summary

Trulieve in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading store operations, supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and coaching skills to drive service standards and achieve sales goals; flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends. Trulieve offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer-service area.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members, use electronic equipment, and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Review and communicate SOPs and changes to staff.
• Coach, train and develop the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations on duty.
• Maintain relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget.

ROLESUMMARY

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

WORK SCHEDULE

40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
