Job summary

Trulieve in Florida seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high service standards.

You will oversee inventory, regulatory compliance, and daily store activities while coaching a team of 40+ employees to achieve performance objectives. This role requires strong leadership, confidentiality, and customer-focused excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies with the General Manager to drive service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with SOPs across the team.
• Coach, train and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations on duty.
• Maintain relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing the labor budget.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

ROLESUMMARY

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces

• Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; positionself and/orobjects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)
• Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids to perform all functions of the position
• Occasionally required to remain in a seated position

WORK SCHEDULE

40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
