Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Retail Dispensaries in Whitehall, PA. The role supports the General Manager in leading store personnel, overseeing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The position requires two years of related experience, cash handling skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. The candidate will help manage labor budgets, coach staff, and ensure brand standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism for communication at all levels.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Handle patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

ROLESUMMARY

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to driveservice standards and positive sales results

WORK SCHEDULE

40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
