ROLESUMMARY

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to driveservice standards and positive sales results
Maintainbrand standardsin visual merchandising
Ensure consistentregulatory compliancewith all state specificregulations
Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsandwork with the general manager and other leaders toassurethat any changes are communicated to employees
Along with the General Manager, providecoaching, training, and developmentto the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meetspecific objectives
Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalationswhenon duty
Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
AssisttheGeneral Manager in managinglaborbudget to meet the needs of the business
Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management
SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS
Twoyearsofrelatedexperienceand/ortraining orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience
Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
Strong interpersonal skillsand professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilitytoupholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion

WORK SCHEDULE
40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
