Job summary

Peru Arby's in the Chicagoland area is seeking a results-oriented leader to join our fast-paced QSR group as Assistant Manager/GM. You will guide teams, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold high standards in a high-volume environment.

This role emphasizes training your staff to grow with you and fostering an exceptional guest experience. Prior fast food/QSR management experience is required, with additional leadership in a restaurant environment welcomed.
