Central Florida Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Ormond Beach, FL to lead shifts, ensure smooth operations, and deliver WOW guest experiences. You will run a self-sufficient operation, take ownership, and guide team members to excel.

This role offers leadership development, performance incentives, and benefits through the franchisee. You’ll manage People, Customers, and Service tasks, train staff, monitor safety, and help the store meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; college or university degree preferred.
• Experience: Supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basics: Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed.
• Assist with Profit and Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor.
• Maintain a friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are met.
• Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions.
• Work effectively and safely in a changing environment.
• Make quick and appropriate decisions.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems.
• Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions.
• Understand the posted work schedule and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks; provide appropriate notice when unable to work.
• Accurately record all hours worked using the approved timekeeping system.
• Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members.
• Actively participate in the training of Team Members.
• Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution.
• Fully participate in delivering a WOW experience to every guest.

Are you qualified for the job?

• Experience: Relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test
• Able to stock shelves and coolers
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of shift time
