• Be the leader of the team who sets the tone of the work environment and the level of customer hospitality
• Oversee profit and loss management, including cash control/security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members and shift leads, conduct new hire orientations, and create training plans for each new hire
• Maintain a friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
• Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are followed
• Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions

• Make quick and appropriate decisions
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
• Ensure all team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions

• Use the approved timekeeping system accurately, including recording all hours worked
• Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to team members

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; college or university degree preferred
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Experience

• Relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail environments
• Experience with profit and loss responsibility preferred

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Able to stock shelves and coolers
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in outdoor bins
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during up to 90% of shift time
