Job summary

Riser Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead sales, training, and daily studio operations. You will drive memberships, retail, and private training sales while coaching Sales Associates and ensuring top-notch member service.

The role requires strong English communication, organization, and data management. You will work in a fast-paced fitness environment, upholding policies and contributing to community events and growth of the studio.

Qualifications

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.
• Ability to drive revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training bookings, and teacher training enrollments.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized with data management and deadline focus.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and personnel.
• Ensure studio retail/products have accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Make high-level customer service decisions independently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and lead by example.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.

POSITION:

Position Title: Assistant General Manager
Reports to: General Manager (occasionally District Manager)
Position Type: Full Time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.
• Ability to assist in driving revenue streams: memberships & retail sales, private training bookings, and teacher training enrollments.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Execute adherence to all company policies, including the policy of at-will employment.
• Other duties as assigned.

BENEFITS AND PERKS:
