The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running effective work shifts and maintaining Taco Bell standards. You will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and assist and guide others. Key responsibilities include ensuring Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties, managing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You will also ensure the restaurant is a safe environment for employees and customers. A successful candidate will possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer skills
• Preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift, and carry trash containers
• Ability to clean parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
