Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and service assistants. In partnership with the General Manager you will ensure the restaurant performs at a high level and remains focused on guest satisfaction.

You will lead staff development, training and adherence to labor laws, health codes, food safety, and responsible alcohol service while driving performance and guest engagement daily.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with General Manager to keep restaurant at top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement.

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
