• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance.

• Knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures.
• Understanding labor cost reporting, P&L statements, and operating statements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
• Basic computer skills for POS and reporting.
• Ability to train and counsel Team Members.
• Strong conflict-resolution abilities.
• Capable of creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign and oversee tasks for Team Members on shift.

• Model proper procedures for staff to follow.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Open and-close duties as required by Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Ensure correct product procedures for all menu items.
• Receive, handle, and store food products with proper rotation and icing.
• Maintain professional and ethical leadership behaviors.
• Ensure on-time attendance for shifts and coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role:

To serve as a restaurant leader and ensure that Team Members on shift are provided with the proper coaching, training, and development necessary to provide an outstanding customer experience at Church's.

Essential Job Functions:

• Monitors and ensures prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Monitors and ensures all Church's menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Ensures that prepared job assignments and activities are carried out by Team Members.
• Assists Team Members as necessary to prepare quality products, provide service, and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
• Ensures that safety and security policies and procedures are enforced.
• Monitors and performs opening and closing duties as required on the Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follows and ensures the use of proper product procedures for the preparation of all menu items.
• Follows procedures for receiving, handling, and storage of food products. Follows proper rotation and icing procedures.
• Always maintains professional and ethical leadership behaviors.
• Ensures on-time attendance by each employee for their shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
