Job description

EBERLY is seeking an Assistant General Manager.

Please review the required experience prior to applying.

Eberly is an upscale dining restaurant featuring multiple bars, private dining spaces, a rooftop terrace, a hidden speakeasy, and the historic Cedar Tavern bar of Greenwich Village.

We are driven by creativity and place a strong emphasis on food and beverage knowledge, thoughtful hospitality, and attention to detail. A significant portion of our business comes through private events and in-house programming, often operating simultaneously with regular dining service. Our management team plays a key role in onsite coordination and execution, requiring individuals who are highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable leading a fast-paced, multifaceted operation.

As Eberly and our affiliated hospitality companies continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager who can contribute to the overall direction, performance, and continued development of the restaurant.

We are looking for an established hospitality leader who understands both the guest-facing experience and the business behind it. This individual should be equally comfortable leading a busy floor, developing managers, analyzing financial performance, and taking ownership of operational initiatives.

This position offers the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the restaurant's continued success while developing the experience and responsibilities associated with senior hospitality leadership.

Benefits
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance fully covered
  • 15 days PTO
