Wingstop is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help lead a high-performing team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

As AGM, you will support the General Manager, supervise service, manage scheduling, and participate in cost control to maximize profitability and brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise daily Front of House and Back of House operations
• Act as the shift lead and decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager
• Support team development through training, coaching, performance feedback, and motivation
• Deliver top-tier guest service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company food safety, health, and sanitation standards (including maintaining an "A" health rating)
• Monitor and maintain product quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards
• Assist in labor scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and cost control
• Follow and enforce all cash handling and security procedures
• Help manage Food and Labor Costs in line with company targets
• Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness through preventative programs
• Train to build the leadership skills necessary for promotion to General Manager
• Perform operational duties including register use, taking orders, and food preparation as needed
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or District Manager
