Job summary

Bojangles in Murrells Inlet, SC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive high‑quality service in a fast-paced, southern‑cuisine setting.

This role focuses on team leadership, food safety, drive‑through and breakfast service, and creating an energetic, guest‑friendly atmosphere on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry.
• Experience managing a team and familiarity with P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Breakfast and drive-through experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• You enjoy making every customer smile
• You understand your success depends on the success of others
