Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager, ensuring the restaurant operates at the top of its game and delivers legendary guest experiences.

You bring 3 years of restaurant management experience, working knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and strong skills in training your team to achieve guest satisfaction and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to manage, direct others, and train/develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and delivers legendary guest experiences.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
• Champion change and have a passion for training and developing your team.
