Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Monticello, MN to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and service assistants.

You will work with the General Manager to keep the restaurant performing at the top of its game and drive guest engagement. You should have 3 years of restaurant management experience, strong knowledge of labor laws and safety standards, and a passion for training and developing your team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
