Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Georgia. You will supervise Shift Managers and front-of-house staff, collaborate with the General Manager, and drive guest engagement and performance metrics to deliver legendary experiences.

The role emphasizes team development, adherence to health codes, and a commitment to excellent service. A strong guest-focus and leadership mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to create legendary experiences.
