Job summary

Penn Station Sandwiches is seeking a motivated individual to assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and product ordering. You may contribute to Profit/Loss activities and help meet food and labor goals to unlock bonus pay.

Expect multiple opening and closing shifts, with shifts not later than 10pm, plus meals and uniforms. The role offers a dynamic, clean, safe, and fun work environment with supplemental pay options and benefits.

Qualifications

• Assist the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurant operation including opening and closing shifts.
• Assist with aspects of Profit/Loss management for the business.
• Maintain a clean, safe and fun environment for staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Support opening and closing duties and ensure accurate product ordering.
• Help monitor labor and food costs and contribute to P/L discussions.
• Provide guest service and team leadership during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.

Job description

A generous monthly bonus will be paid for meeting food and labor goals. Several opening shifts as well as several closing shifts expected (not later than 10pm). Meals and uniforms included.
