Zadig & Voltaire's Miami Brickell Boutique seeks an Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth store operation and outstanding customer service in the absence of the General Manager.

You will lead a sales-driven team, uphold high merchandising standards, train staff, and achieve sales goals while building lasting client relationships.

This role requires luxury retail experience and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proactive, guest-focused approach.
