About the Role

As a Sales Supervisor at Zadig & Voltaire's Greenwich Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in driving store performance and fostering a culture of excellence. You support the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in achieving sales goals and operational standards. In their absence, you serve as the store lead, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, exceptional customer service, and team development.

• Stay informed and passionate about the luxury fashion industry and market trends
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers
• Maintain visual standards and ensure compliance with all company policies
