Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, including high-volume or fine dining environments.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, inventory control, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Ensure guests receive high-quality service and have a memorable dining experience.
• Lead, train, and develop restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other team members.
• Monitor daily operations, such as opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and maintaining equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for efficient service hours.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and timely.
• Assist with financial management, including tracking sales and preparing reports.
