Common Man Roadside in Manchester, NH is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee front and back of house operations at our South Willow Street location. The role involves directing daily activities, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth operation across all shifts.

Targeted candidate has 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership and teamwork skills, and certifications such as ServSafe and UST Operator A/B.

Common Man Roadside is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Manchester store on South Willow Street.

Pay rate: $60k annually

Duties include:

• Directing and overseeing FOH and BOH operations and production
• Opening and closing of daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
• Ordering and inventory management
• Write schedules according to budget
• Safety and sanitation audits
• Employee management including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and development

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in retail management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including Underground Storage Tank Operator A/B and ServSafe
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, bend and reach
• Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to 50 pounds
