The h.wood Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Los Angeles to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences while optimizing service standards and profitability.

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Must have CA Manager Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service Training.
• Must be 21+ years of age (if applicable by local regulation).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations.
• Excellent decision making and organizational skills.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Assistant General Manager will assist in creating a positive and efficient work environment for all staff while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining, be organized, and doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Support restaurant standard practices such as P&L analysis and monthly inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:
