The h.wood Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Los Angeles to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences while optimizing service standards and profitability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, multi-tasking, and a warm, energetic presence. Candidates must have at least 3 years of leadership in hospitality, valid CA Manager Food Handlers Card, and RBS training, with

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Must have CA Manager Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service Training.
• Must be 21+ years of age (if applicable by local regulation).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations.
• Excellent decision making and organizational skills.
