Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll drive top performance and guest engagement to deliver legendary experiences.

You’ll focus on guest metrics, training your team, and upholding safety, sanitation, and service standards in a fast-paced environment that values growth and opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others and to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to drive legendary experiences.
• Ensure restaurant operates at the top of its game through leadership and coaching.
