Hawaiian Bros Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Kansas City, MO to support the GM in day-to-day operations and guest experience. The AGM will help with scheduling, labor planning, inventory oversight, and coaching team members to deliver Aloha Spirit.

You'll drive sales and profit by upholding company standards, manage payroll, and address guest concerns while leading a welcoming, growth-oriented team in a busy restaurant setting.

Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Job Summary

The AGM supports the General Manager (GM) in running the restaurant during shifts, ensuring a positive, welcoming experience for our guests and team. You'll assist with achieving sales and profit goals by applying company values and standards, managing scheduling, planning labor, overseeing inventory, and handling occasional employee concerns.

• Assist with managing payroll and keep hours up to date.

Community & Recruiting

• Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, following safety and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor financial health by overseeing inventory, labor, and supply orders.
• Track expenses and share insights with the GM, aiming for continuous improvement.
