Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites Kansas City Overland Park, Overland Park, KS, is seeking a dynamic Operations Leader to guide hotel departments and elevate guest service. You will train and coach teams, drive quality and profitability, and model adherence to QA standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of supervisory experience, a hospitality or related degree, and a passion for guest satisfaction. This full-time role offers growth, incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
