Job summary

Drury Hotels in Denver is looking for an Operations leader to steer multiple hotel departments, elevate guest service, and drive key performance metrics.

You will coach and develop teams, uphold quality standards, and collaborate with leadership to ensure profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Passion to serve others and exceed our guests' expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success. Hotel experience preferred.

The pay range is:

$57,866.99 - $86,800.49

The starting wage may be above the minimum rate, based on relevant experience, skills, and education.

This role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly “+1 Service” bonus.
