Assistant General Manager Responsibilities/Requirements

• 3+ years of QSR/Fast-Food Experience, including drive-thru operations
• Team Leadership: Coach, motivate, and oversee staff development
• Inventory & Cost Control: Maintain budgets, manage ordering, and track expenses
• Budget Management: Develop and uphold financial goals for the restaurant
• Proven Supervisory Skills: Prior experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
