Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive performance in Hobart, Indiana. You will recruit, train and empower a high-performing crew, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experience under brand standards.

You will partner with the franchisee to optimize scheduling, control costs, and grow sales while providing a welcoming, energetic environment for Team Members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team and driving customer experience.
• Strong ability to recruit, train and develop crew and shift supervisors.
• Proven track record managing a P&L and controlling costs while growing sales.
