Massage Envy Green Valley is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team of therapists, estheticians, and staff, and guide the store to deliver an outstanding client experience.

You will focus on membership growth, retail sales, and maintaining a welcoming, compliant, and high-performance environment that aligns with Massage Envy’s values.

Qualifications

• Smart and experienced with prior background in management, marketing, sales, service or retail, and a college degree (preferred).
• Born leaders who can motivate, coach, influence, and inspire and who aren't afraid to have tough conversations.
• Top performers who can set goals, prioritize work, analyze business performance, and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the location, maintain a clean, safe, therapeutic environment, and guide the sales and customer service team to resolve customer challenges.
• Drive membership and promote retail sales, partnering with the franchisee to set performance goals and achieve them.
• Build a high-achieving team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance to empower growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws and manage inventory and deposits for the location.
• Create a strong workplace culture where employees feel valued, issues are resolved quickly, and the mission is shared by all.

  Leading the way to an amazing experience for members and guestsby managing the daily operations of the location, maintaining a clean, safe, therapeutic environment for everyone, and guiding the sales and customer service team to positively resolve customer challenges.

  Helping the location move more people forward in their wellness journeysby driving membership, promoting retail sales, partnering with the franchisee to set performance goals, and working with the team to achieve them.

  Running a tight shipwhere every operational detail is addressed, from managing inventory and deposits to ensuring compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to location employees (including any local and state licensing laws for massage therapists and estheticians).
