Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, train and coach the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll step in for the Restaurant General Manager when needed, drive profitability, ensure safety, support recruiting, recognition, and growth opportunities, and maintain a fun, fast-paced environment. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Assistant General Manager

About the Job:

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you! In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. We believe in having fun while embracing personal challenges and growth opportunities. You'll work a 50-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, providing a balanced and rewarding work experience.

The Day-to-Day:

• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM in the hiring process.
• Possess strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals, taking disciplinary action, and motivating and training employees.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

The range for this role is $52,000-65,000/year. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and experience.
